Kopi-O License


I have this great suspicion that this driver paid a lot of $$ to get his license. Not only did he take up TWO parking lots, he took up half the road!!! Gosh! Some people are just so inconsiderate.

    A smiley would make the driver think that it's still ok to take up two parking spaces
