We had a memorial service for Uncle Raju last Saturday, just one day after his 1st death anniversary. Friends, relatives and neighbours came to the "farm" for the service.
.
Even after one year, many people had fond memories of uncle. For me, I would always remember him as a godly person. A simple man who lived his days for the Lord.

Uncle Raju's grandchildren (excluding Christina, of course) sang a meaningful song which was composed by Joel (the guitarist).

The whole service went very smoothly. No hiccups whatsover. Thank God for good weather. By that I mean : no rain, no sun - literally. The weather was cloudy and breezy the whole time. I expected to be hot and sweaty and sticky by the end of the day - but I wasn't.
.
Service ended at about 7pm and after which, dinner was served - err... actually, it was buffet style. The queue was long!
.
Even though many people left at 9pm, we stayed on until 11.45pm.
