Mount Kinabalu (July 2nd - 5th, 2008) - One Interesting Conversation

The Team

The usual chatter in the van where half of the group sat in, tappered off as we looked out of the window and stared in awe at the spectacular view of the formidable mountain.

What caught our attention were the clouds swirling at the peak and water gushing down from a few different directions of the mountain.

Soon we lost sight of the waters streaming down the mountain as we went around a bend.

Then I suddenly remembered that I owed KG for something that we shared to purchase just prior to this trip. I thought of paying him the full sum and keeping it.

The conversation went like this:-

Rachel - KG, how much $$ do I owe you?
KG - No need, I thought of keeping it
Rachel - But I want it
KG - I'll keep it
Eunice - I want! I know where to keep it
Rachel - I also want because I will need it every Friday
KG - I also want
Doc James - I also want. I can use it every Friday, too. I want two!
(Laugh)
Doc Peter - Whatever it is, I know what KG has that Rachel doesn't have
(more laughter)
Doc James - (Puzzled) - Err... Now I don't want it anymore

Till now, only Eunice, KG and I know what it is!!!

that is why it is dangerous to join in a conversation when you only hear part of the story...still, it was kind of funny though..
